Is my financial data secure?

Absolutely. Your financial data is protected with 256-bit encryption in transit and at rest, plus additional content-level encryption — so even in a database breach, nothing readable is exposed. Your bank credentials are never stored by us — account connections are handled through a secure, certified third-party provider with read-only access. We never sell your financial data. How do I connect my bank accounts?

During onboarding (or anytime in Settings), tap "Link Account" to securely connect your bank. We support thousands of financial institutions. You'll authenticate directly with your bank — we never see or store your login credentials.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > QUIX Finance. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued, but no further charges will be made.

Is the AI coach giving me financial advice?

Our AI coach provides educational information and insights based on your financial data, but it's not a substitute for professional financial advice. For major financial decisions, we recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account anytime from Profile > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our systems within 90 days. You can also email [email protected] to request data deletion.

The app isn't loading my accounts - what should I do?

Try these steps: (1) Pull down to refresh, (2) Check your internet connection, (3) Go to Settings > Linked Accounts and re-authenticate with your bank. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected] with your device model and a description of the problem.
